BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

• A credit card is required on file to retain your appointments.

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise, the service deposit will be retained. Rescheduling the same service appointment more than twice will result in a $100 non-refundable charge.

• You are responsible to book your FREE follow-up touch-up appointment in 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment.

• Failure to book a follow-up touch-up appointment within 8 weeks of the initial appointment will result in a service charge of $150.

• No-call no-shows and non-emergency cancellations on the day of your appointment will also be charged 100% of the service fee for that day.

• Non-emergency same-day cancellations - coming to your appointment showing signs of illness without prior communication will be considered a same-day cancellation. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment and your service will not be performed that day.
